The CFO Network is an affiliation of more than 100 members (and growing!) representing LGBTQI+ organizations across the nation. We share key technical information and provide peer support that is aimed at strengthening our skillsets and advancing our collective mission.  Employees who have the primary responsibility of managing their organization’s finance operations are encouraged to join. 


Members have access to an exclusive email lists, as well as monthly virtual “Coffee Hours” where we address hot topics such as navigating relief resources and operational changes caused the global pandemic. The Network also features private Slack channels that provide space to have interactive discussions to address specific topics. What’s more, we have amassed a library of shared policies and procedures by peer organizations. 


The CFO Network also provides skill-building workshops as well as an annual in-person conference.

It was so wonderful to meet people doing the same work as me! My org applied for 4 PPP loans. 2 of them were as a direct result of referrals from our CFO network and one of those is the one that was funded.
